Raising money for your organization is fun and easier than ever!

Schools, Charitable Organizations, Athletic Teams, Civic Groups, Youth Groups, Sororities & Fraternities and Non-Profits really “CLEAN-UP” using Sudsy's Community Partnership Program!

CHARITY CODE Program

The flagship of our Community Partnership Program is our Charity Code Program - here’s how it works:

1. Contact Sudsy's about your interest in participating. Sudsy's will review each interested organization and choose no more than four organizations per month.

2. Your organization is given a 'Code'. The 'Code' is a barcode (and/or numeric code) that can be duplicated, printed, promoted and distributed in emails, flyers, direct mail, in person one-on-one and at live events.

3. Each time a person purchases a Sudsy’s $12 PLATINUM Wash and scans your code, you get 50% of the sale ($6.00)! The ability to promote and distribute the 'Code' is the key to your success. The 'Code' can be used an unlimited number of times during the organization’s respective month, so the more washes – the more mullah!*
   
   *As an example, if your organization washes:
   
   • 200 cars = $1,200
   • 500 cars = $3,000
   • 1000 cars = $6,000
   • 2000 cars - $12,000

4. Your organization can also participate in a Sudsy's Super Saturday. These days are tremendous raising awareness opportunities where on a pre-determined Saturday of the organization’s respective month, the organization “takes over” the Sudsy’s site. The organization’s staff and/or volunteers can give out their respective 'Code' to each car that enters the site that day, distribute additional pre-approved information, flyers or literature and create a tangible presence (we encourage organizations to wear apparel ‘advertising’ themselves.) Some organizations also like to giveaway fun freebies like balloons, ball caps, pens, Nerf balls, apparel or other branded trinkets.

5. Each organization will receive additional promotion by being featured in our Clean Car Club email and on our website.

HELPING HAND Program

Another fundraising opportunity through our Community Partnership Program is our HELPING HAND Program. Your organization receives a pre-determined number of car wash vouchers good for your choice of a Sudsy’s $12 PLATINUM Wash, $9 GOLD Wash or $6 SILVER Wash.

You determine a time period to sell the vouchers at face value and you keep 50% of the sales*. It’s that easy!

*As an example of what you make, if your organization sells:

• 200 vouchers - SILVER=$600; GOLD=$900; PLATINUM=$1200
• 500 vouchers - SILVER=$1500; GOLD=$2250; PLATINUM=$3000
• 1000 vouchers - SILVER=$3000; GOLD=$4500; PLATINUM=$6000
• 2000 vouchers - SILVER=$6000; GOLD=$9000; PLATINUM=$12000

SILENT AUCTIONS/DOOR PRIZES

Car Wash Packages are great items for silent auctions and/or door prizes for your charities events. Simply give us the details of your event on official letterhead (with the signature of one of your organization’s authorized officers) and we will present a silent auction/door prize option to you.

Other Benefits of Sudsy's Fundraising Programs

When you participate in Sudsy’s fundraising programs instead of staging your own charity hand car wash, your helping conserve water and dispose of soap and chemicals through environmentally safe methods. Pollution generated from car washes held in parking lots goes down storm drains - meaning these untreated liquids and chemicals are discharged directly into Rutherford County’s streams and rivers, making their way ultimately to lakes, bays, and oceans. Sudsy’s Car Wash uses 100% biodegradable chemicals and we dispose of our waste by first removing most solids, and then directly disposing the remaining liquids into the sanitary sewer system where it is properly treated and processed. Additionally we recycle up to 75% of our water usage through a PurWater™ Reclaim System. So with Sudsy’s, not only are you doing something good for your organization and your community, you’re doing something good for the environment!
